All orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days by the selected shipping method (we do not ship on weekends). If you place your order on Friday, your parcel will not be shipped out until that following Monday. Processing/shipping times may be subject to change during busy holiday months and other holidays. If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, your order will be updated with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1rst Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers and therefore will not be updated.
The shipping cost for the order is based on the weight of the selected products and delivery location. Before the final checkout page, there will be a chance to review the order with the calculated shipping cost.
The shipping carrier is responsible for the delivery of your package. In the event of a lost/stolen package, it is the responsibility of the carrier and all inquiries must be directed to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order at any time.
Out of Stock Items
If any items from your order are no longer in stock once your checkout is completed, our customer support team will notify you and issue you a refund for any out of stock items on your order.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Permission to Return and Receive Credit
Please don't throw away your packing slip. If you received an incorrect item or an item is missing from your package, we require you to send your packing slip so that we can cross check with our shipping department . Without this packing slip, we will be unable to provide you with a refund, exchange or shipment of correct product.
East Meets West will accept return of merchandise only if a request to return is submitted to Support@EastMeetsWestUSA.com within 14 days of receiving merchandise. The reason for return must be included in the notification. All returned merchandise must be received by East Meets West within 10 business days of approval. Merchandise can also be returned for store credit at any East Meets West location. We will issue a store credit in the amount that you paid for the merchandise plus any applicable sales tax. Customer is responsible for shipping back the returned item(s). Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned. Any opened or used item sent back will not be eligible for a refund. Items must have their original seal on them and contain all it's components.
In order to allow our customers to shop for gifts for the holidays, merchandise purchased from Thanksgiving until Christmas can be returned for store credit if a request is submitted within 14 days after Christmas. We will issue a store credit in the amount that you paid for the merchandise plus any applicable sales tax. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
If a request for return is submitted and an authorization code is issued for a return, credit will not be issued until product is returned and determined to be in salable condition within the specified time frame. We are not responsible for returned items being lost or broken in transit. Please do ensure you place adequate tracking and insurance when an item is returned.
Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
All items are open and inspected before leaving the warehouse. Damage reports must be submitted within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. No returns will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return the merchandise (See “Permission to Return and Receive Credit”). The returned merchandise must be received by East Meets West within 10 business days of return authorization.
