All orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days by the selected shipping method (we do not ship on weekends). If you place your order on Friday, your parcel will not be shipped out until that following Monday or Tuesday. Processing and shipping times may be subject to change during busy holiday months and other holidays. If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, your order will be updated with the tracking information. The shipping cost for the order is based on the weight of the selected products and delivery location. Before the final checkout page, there will be a chance to review the order with the calculated shipping cost.
The shipping carrier is responsible for the delivery of your package. In the event of a lost/stolen/mis-delivered package, it is the responsibility of the carrier and all inquiries must be directed to the carrier. If your package is damaged in transit by USPS, you would need to file a claim directly with USPS. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, mis-delivered or damaged packages by USPS. If any items from your order are no longer in stock once your checkout is completed, our customer support team will notify you and issue you a refund for any out of stock items on your order.
