Lost or Stolen Packages
The shipping carrier is responsible for the delivery of your package. In the event of a lost, stolen or held package, it is the responsibility of the carrier and all inquiries must be directed to the carrier. We are not responsible for miss-delivery errors via USPS or UPS or incorrect shipping information per the customer.
If a package is lost, help or stolen in transit, please file a claim within 10 days of the last shipping update. It is the responsibility of the customer to request a claim via USPS or UPS claim website. Any questions regarding filing a claim, must be directed to USPS or UPS.
